We read every message and usually reply within two business days.

Email us at appsupport@technologyone.net. If you can, include your Support ID — open the app, tap About TideWatch, and tap the ID pill to copy it. It lets us find your account without asking for any personal details.

Restoring a purchase

If you subscribed to TideWatch Pro and it isn’t showing up — on a new phone, for example — open About TideWatch and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple or Google account, so restoring works as long as you’re signed in with the same one you bought it with.

Managing or cancelling TideWatch Pro

Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, not by us, so they’re managed in your store account:

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you aren’t charged.

Refunds

Because Apple and Google process the payment, refunds go through them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or in the Play Store order history (Google). We’re happy to help if you get stuck.

A note on the data

Tide predictions come from NOAA CO-OPS; weather and marine forecasts come from Open-Meteo. Forecasts are predictions, not measurements. TideWatch is for planning — it is not a navigational aid and should not be relied on for safety-critical decisions. See the Terms of Use.
